An idea of recipe : Gingerbread toasts, autumn jam and diced cooked foie gras.

 

Make an unsweetened homemade gingerbread 4/5 mm thick.

Let cool by putting a plate with a weight on the gingerbread out of the oven.

Cut toasts of approximately 4 cm2.

Place a teaspoon of automn jam on the gingerbread.

Cover with a small slice of cooked foie gras.
