A tangy duo, flavored to perfection, quite simply a delight!
An idea of recipe:
SOFT CAKE WITH RHUBARB and RASPBERRY JAM
Nb of people : 6
200 g of softened butter,
200 g of caster sugar,
250 g of flour,
3 tablespoons of Rhubarb and Raspberry jam.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (thermostat 6/7).
In the bowl of a food processor, work the softened butter and sugar until the mixture whitens and becomes very creamy.
Add the flour and knead until well combined.
Then add the eggs one by one. Beat everything until the dough is smooth and airy.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and lightly grease it.
Spread the dough over the entire baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes (adjust according to thickness). Unmold immediately on a clean towel and remove the baking paper.
Cover with jam. Cut into identical squares or rectangles to make small sandwiches the size of your choice (or cut only in half to make a single cake).
