Nb of people : 6 - Preparation : 15 minutes ›Cooking : 20 minutes› Additional time : 6 hours In a bowl

Ingredients :

2 eggs,
30 g of sugar,
200 g of mascarpone,
50 g of gingerbread,
1 jar of Salted Butter Caramel Apple Specialty


Mix the eggs with 30 g of sugar without the mixture turning white, add the mascarpone cream.
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Whip the mascarpone cream with a mixer.Crumble the gingerbread, fill ramekins with crumbled gingerbread, the Salted Butter Caramel Apple Specialty and whipped mascarpone cream.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
Refrigerate 6 hours and serve.
