- Le poids minimal ne pourra pas être inférieur à un équivalent de 6 Pots de 345 Grs (soit 3,7 Kgs).
- Le poids maximal ne pourra pas excéder l'équivalent de 24 pots de 345 Grs (soit 8,28kg).

!! Si le poids commandé est inférieur à 3,7 Kgs ou dépasse les 8,28 Kgs, seul le retrait en "Click & Collect" sur place vous sera proposé...


Our oranges are sweet and sliced into zest in their juice ... They are candied for a day before being combined with some Whisky, which will give the jam a sweet character.
They then rest in a container. You would thus understand why this Marmalade has made our reputation for a very long time, and is beyond comparison with what you can find elsewhere on the market.
It is delicious with crepes or pancakes, and can also be used with salty dishes with duck meet or with Bleu des Causses or Beaufort cheese. 

An idea of recipe :

WHISKEY ORANGE MARMALADE AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS CAKE

Ingredients :

150 g flour,
50 g ground almonds,
80 g Whiskey orange marmalade,
3 eggs,
35 g dark chocolate chips,
a few slivered almonds,
2 slices of candied orange,
1 whole milk yogurt,
2 teaspoons of baking powder.

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 200 °. Mix the yeast, flour and almond powder. Mix with the eggs thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
Then add the marmalade, mix.
Finally the yogurt and chocolate chips (keep a few to put on). Line the cake mold, pour in the preparation, the remaining chips, the slivered almonds and the candied orange slices cut in half.
Bake for 40 minutes lowering to 170 °.
