Cette confiture permet, entre autre, d'accommoder des viandes grasses (recettes antillaises, créoles et asiatiques, de porc et de canard), en associant le sucré et le salé.

TOURMENTS D'AMOUR 

Ingrédients :

200g de confiture Ananas-Rhum-Canelle,
250g de pâte brisée,
200g de sucre de canne,
250g de farine,
50cl de crème pâtissière,
6 oeufs

PREPARATION

Foncez un moule à tarte avec la pâte brisée.
Mélangez la confiture et la crème pâtissière.
Versez sur le fond de tarte cru.
Battez les oeufs entiers avec le sucre puis ajoutez la farine.
Ajoutez cette préparation dans le moule, jusqu'à 1,5cm du bord.
Passez au four et laissez cuire 45 minutes à 160°C
