An idea of recipe – the sponge roll cake with Raspberry jam
Ingredients : 4 eggs 120 g of sugar - 1/2 sachet of baking powder - 150 g of flour - 2 tsp. of milk - 1/2 jar of raspberry jam
Preheat the oven th.6 (180ºC).
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.
Add the flour, milk and baking powder.
Mix well and add the whipped egg whites.
Put on large baking tray covered with baking paper attached to the 4 corners with paper clips.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, the cake should be golden.
Take it off the tray as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Spread the raspberry jam over it and roll it up.
Cool by keeping it rolled and putting it in aluminum foil.
