Idea of recipe: Seeded Redcurrant jam cake
1 plain yogurt / 3 pots of flour / 2 pots of sugar / 3 eggs / 125 g of unsalted butter / 1/2 sachet of baking powder / 150 g of redcurrant jam / 30 g of flaked almonds /
Preparing the recipe:
Preheat your oven to 210 ° C.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Break the eggs in a salad bowl.
Add the sugar and whisk until the mixture turns white.
Add the flour, baking powder, melted butter, yogurt and mix with a spoon.
Butter and flour a round baking pan of about 22 cm in diameter.
Pour a third of the dough into it.
Place the Red Currant jam in the center.
Cover with the rest of the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
Toast your almonds in a hot pan.
When removed from the oven, scatter the almonds on the cake.
Let cool well before tasting.
