We exclusively ship in boxes of 6 jars (you can mix any items you like within one or more boxes), with a minimum of 1 box (i.e., 6 Jars) and a maximum of 4 boxes (i.e., 24 jars).

This is a great classic jam recipe combining Oranges, Yellow Lemons and Grapefruits, for people who love acidity and bitterness...

An idea of recipe :

Coconut Chocolate Cake with Three Citrus Marmalade Ingredients :
Proportions pour:Proportions for: 1 cake = 250 g of margarine (melted then cooled)- 250 g of flour - 320 g of icing sugar - 130 g of grated coconut- 1 sachet of baking powder - 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder (preferably unsweetened) - A bit of fresh or powder vanilla - 3 eggs - 1 jar of three Citrus fruit jam 

 

Method of preparation
Preparation : 15 minutes  ›  Cooking : 25 minutes  ›  Ready in : 40 minutes  Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 5-6). Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, icing sugar, coconut, yeast, cocoa powder and vanilla) with a spatula and form a well in the center. Add the melted and cooled margarine little by little while mixing (drop the mixture of dry ingredients into the well). Add the three eggs one by one. Butter and flour a rectangular mold (or other shape of your choice) then pour in the final mixture. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Once the cake is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool abit , just enough while heating the marmalade in a saucepan over medium heat, then pour it over the cake and spread it out. For the frosting: Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler with a piece of butter and a few drops of water. Pour it over the cake over the Marmalade and smooth well. Let cool in the refrigerator for several hours. Decorate with white chocolate or coconut shavings.
