We exclusively ship in boxes of 6 jars (you can mix any items you like within one or more boxes), with a minimum of 1 box (i.e., 6 Jars) and a maximum of 4 boxes (i.e., 24 jars).

!! If orders are less than 6 jars (345g) or greater than 24 jars (345g), only the "Click & Collect" on-site pickup will be offered...

Our oranges are sweet and sliced into zest in their juice ...
They are candied for a day before being combined with some Armagnac, which will give the jam a velvety and round character.
They then rest in a container.
You would thus understand why this Marmalade has made our reputation for a very long time, and is beyond comparison with what you can find elsewhere on the market.
This jam is perfect with Bleu des Causses or Beaufort cheese.
It is also the ideal companion for a "homemade" chocolate and hazelnut spread for pancake filling.

An idea of recipe :

ORANGE MARMALADE WITH ARMAGNAC AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS CAKE

Ingredients :

150 g of flour,
50 g of ground almonds,
80 g of orange marmalade with Armagnac,
3 eggs,
35 g of dark chocolate chips,
a few flaked almonds,
2 slices of candied orange,
1 yogurt whole milk,
2 teaspoons of baking powder.

¨PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 200 °. Mix the yeast, flour and almond powder. Mix with the eggs thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
Then add the marmalade, mix.
Finally the yogurt and chocolate chips (keep a few to put on).
Line the cake mold, pour in the preparation, the remaining chips, the slivered almonds and the candied orange slices cut in half.
Bake for 40 minutes lowering to 170 °
