Homemade Top-Quality Four Red Berries Jam

This mix of four red fruits is a well balanced and great classic which is unanimous to everyone, from youngsters to elders. This is a delicate mix of strawberries, raspberries, red currants and cherries.    An idea of recipe – Yule log with four red berries jam 

Ingredients:

120 Grs of sugar / 5 Eggs / 120 Grs of flour / 1 sachet of baking powder / 1 sachet of vanilla sugar / 2 jars of 4 red berries jam

Preparation:

Mix the sugar and eggs with a mixer. Add the flour, baking powder and 1 pinch of salt (always with a mixer). Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at thermostat 6 on a plate with greaseproof paper.

Remove from the oven, roll the biscuit with the paper and put the sausage-from cake in a wet cloth. Leave in the linen for 15 minutes, remove the linen, unroll the cake and generously coat the interior with four red fruits jam. Roll the cake and coat the outside of the log with the rest of the jam.

Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
